Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles Parish (Nizhyn)

Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles Parish resumed its activities in 1998 through the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, who travelled from Chernihiv and Kyiv. The church site was selected by Fr Henryk Kamiński OMI and purchased in 1999. Bishop Vitalii Skomarovskyi blessed the cross and the land in 2004. Construction began in 2007, and Bishop Stanislav Shyrokoradiuk blessed the cornerstone on 28 June 2008. Fr Jacek Pyl was responsible for the building work. The parish currently has about twenty faithful.
